  • Electronically measured and matched as well as flow benched both Static and Dynamic within tolerances.

Adapter harness sold separately. As with all products there are risks involved in using performance products, we run several stages of testing to make sure the injectors have a constant performance and even higher than stock reliability with that said we are not responsible for any damage that may incur directly or indirectly related to any of our products.

1400cc port injectors: before and after

These charts show a 2018 Audi TT RS with the stock turbo: stock port injectors with the earlier calibration versus Mabotech 1400cc port injectors with a revised tune. The results shown are for the 1400cc option.

Before: stock port injectors, 2018 Audi TT RS, commanded opening time

After: Mabotech 1400cc port injectors and revised tune, 2018 Audi TT RS, commanded opening time

In the matched full-pedal, third-gear 6,000–6,500 rpm window, average commanded port-injector opening time fell from 13.88 ms to 2.03 ms. Put simply, the ECU commanded the upgraded port injectors to open for much less time in the revised setup. Overall fuel mixture stayed close to target: actual lambda was 0.799 before and 0.802 after, against a 0.797 target.

This is a real-world before-and-after log comparison, not an isolated injector flow test. Ethanol content changed from E51 to E53, average gauge boost from 20.59 to 24.33 psi, and commanded port-fuel share from 19.7% to 18.0%. Injector calibration and the port/direct fuel split changed with the retune. Opening time is an ECU command, not measured fuel flow; these charts do not establish a flow multiplier, a specific amount of spare fueling capacity, or a horsepower gain.

Calibration required: have your tuner configure the correct injector data and fuel split, verify fuel pressure and lambda under load, and select the injector size for your build. These are port-injection (PI/MPI) injectors, not replacements for the engine's high-pressure direct injectors (DI).

Vehicle fitment

  • Audi RS3 8V facelift: DAZA 2.5 TFSI / EA855-equipped cars with the compatible port-injection system. Select a set of 5.
  • Audi TT RS / TTRS 8S: DAZA 2.5 TFSI / EA855-equipped cars, including the 2018 TT RS tested above, with the compatible port-injection system. Select a set of 5.
  • VW/Audi EA888 Gen 3 (EA888.3): supported engine family for a compatible port-injection installation; select a set of 4. Confirm the specific car, fuel rail/manifold, connectors and injector dimensions with your installer before ordering.

Model years and engine codes vary by market. Match the engine code and port-injection hardware, not just the badge or year. This listing does not confirm fitment for earlier non-DAZA RS3/TT RS engines, DNWA or RS3 8Y applications. Adapter harness is sold separately. Professional installation and a matching ECU calibration are required.
