Orders & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship within 1-3 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the US. Some items ship directly from the manufacturer and may take slightly longer. See our full Shipping Policy for details.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the United States. For international orders, contact us and we'll see what we can do.
Can I track my order?
Yes! You'll receive a tracking email once your order ships. You can also log into your account to check order status.
Returns & Warranty
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, uninstalled items in original packaging. Please see our Refund Policy for full details. Contact sales@hamptontuning.net to initiate a return.
What if I received the wrong part?
Contact us immediately at sales@hamptontuning.net with your order number and photos. We'll make it right.
Fitment & Compatibility
How do I know if a part fits my car?
Each product page lists compatible vehicles. You can also use our Shop by Car feature on the homepage to filter parts by your specific vehicle. If you're unsure, email us with your year, make, model, and engine code and we'll confirm fitment.
I have a question about what parts I need for my build.
We're happy to help plan your build! Email us at sales@hamptontuning.net with your car details and goals (daily driver, track car, power target, etc.) and we'll recommend the right parts.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. We also offer Affirm financing for qualifying orders — buy now, pay over time.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All transactions are processed through Shopify's secure, PCI-compliant checkout. We never store your credit card information.
