ServiceLog Pro Privacy Policy

Hampton Tuning ("we", "our", or "us") built ServiceLog Pro as a commercial application. This page is used to inform visitors and users regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information.

Information We Collect

ServiceLog Pro is designed with your privacy in mind. The app stores your data locally on your device and syncs it privately through your personal iCloud account. We do not operate servers that collect or store your data.

The information you enter into the app may include:

Vehicle information (make, model, year, VIN, license plate, mileage)
Service and maintenance records
Vehicle modification records
Photos and receipts you attach to records
Cost and shop/location information

All of this data is stored on your device and in your personal iCloud account. We do not have access to it.

iCloud Sync

ServiceLog Pro uses Apple iCloud (CloudKit) to sync your data across your devices. This data is stored in your private iCloud container and is governed by Apple's privacy policy. We cannot access, read, or share your iCloud data. Only devices signed into your Apple ID can access this data.

In-App Purchases

ServiceLog Pro offers an optional one-time in-app purchase ("Unlock Pro") processed entirely through Apple's App Store. We do not collect or store any payment information. All transactions are handled by Apple and subject to Apple's terms and privacy policy.

Photos and Camera

The app may request access to your camera and photo library so you can attach photos and receipts to service records and modifications. These photos are stored locally on your device and in your private iCloud account. We do not upload, access, or share your photos in any way.

Analytics and Tracking

ServiceLog Pro does not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking frameworks. We do not collect usage data, crash reports, or behavioral information. We do not use cookies or similar tracking technologies.

Third-Party Services

ServiceLog Pro does not integrate with any third-party services that collect user data. The only external service used is Apple iCloud for data sync, which is governed by Apple's privacy policy.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, rent, or otherwise share your personal information with third parties. Period.

Data Retention and Deletion

Your data is stored on your device and in your iCloud account. You can delete individual records within the app at any time. To delete all app data, you can delete the app from your device, which removes all locally stored data. iCloud data can be managed through your device's Settings under iCloud Storage.

Children's Privacy

ServiceLog Pro is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to remove such information.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new privacy policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes.
