Developed from our direct involvement with BTCC and success with the i30 N, Forge Motorsport is proud to present an oil cooler kit for the Hyundai Elantra N 2.0T. This oil cooler radiator is lifted straight from our motorsport department, so we know this component not only performs well, but the core is durable enough to withstand race applications. Once we had this, the next step was to design a kit incorporating this core which will fit the Elantra N perfectly. The result is a bespoke oil cooler kit with true motorsport development behind it.
_x000D_ _x000D_During our time developing new products for the Hyundai 2.0 G4KH Theta engine we found a significant weakness, especially when tuned. Oil temperatures can climb to dangerous levels when on track or when driven hard in hotter climates. The rising oil temperature changes the viscosity of the oil causing it to potentially thin, which will result in only one outcome, a reduction of sufficient lubrication of your engines internal components. Therefore, FMOC15 is a must have product for the keen driver. The oil sandwich plate developed especially for this kit has thermostatic control at 90°C and there are two threaded ports to add oil pressure and temperature sensors if required.

The location of the oil cooler at the front of the vehicle’s radiator grill allows for superior air flow, and during development of this product we have seen oil temperatures reduced significantly. We supply this kit with a low-profile high efficiency oil filter, which can be purchased separately for service intervals. Unlike many oil cooler kits, the FMOC15 keeps the factory oil to water cooler in position. This essentially doubles your engines oil cooling. FMOC15 has a laser cut aluminium bracket which makes for perfect fitment to the Elantra N crash bar.

Manufactured in Gloucester UK, FMOC15 is made to the uppermost standard and is backed up by the Forge Motorsport Lifetime warranty, it is available in black powder coat finish for the stealthy look.
