Processing Time
Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days. Some items ship directly from the manufacturer and may take 3-7 business days to process. If an item is backordered or has an extended lead time, we will contact you promptly.
Shipping Methods
We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on the size and weight of your order. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your cart.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
- Standard Shipping — 3-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping — 2-3 business days
- Overnight Shipping — Available for select items at checkout
International Shipping
We currently ship to the United States. For international inquiries, please contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate your order.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. You can also check your order status by logging into your account.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at sales@hamptontuning.net within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date) and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
